Im gonna be changing mine soon on the redtop to try and help improve fuel economy so i'll be going for one of the universal ones and just chop/connect the wires. | |

NGK/NTK do car specific ones now, no more than 40 on the outside! | |

- there are a number of after-market lambda sensors that will work fine and save you ££££s over the Vaux item. Any decent motor factor should be able to help - as Tomas says - expect to pay around £40 | |

yeah, vauxhall near my area said £90 for new one!!! u can get universal one for around £30... but i dont know if it will be fully compatable! | |

Vauxhall ones go for around £140... universal ones are about £40 from Helfrauds | |

yeah its another word for a lambda sensor, pretty easy to change! No too expensive either, between £20-30 i think | |

It determines how much air/fuel mixture to use based on engine load and throttle position.:thumbs: | |

right peeps my engine managment light came on today! so i took it to a mate with a tester and it said the oxygen sensor was faulty! what does this actually do? |
