Correct the balance would be all to fuck and you would get an even worse signal.

My mate has aerials in all four corners of his car and gets pretty good reception...

can you not attach the wires to the metal off your car so it uses the car as an antenna?

This is my Antenna for my TV tuner, this is the spec:


  • Powered Diversity Antenna
  • Power: DC 14.4V
  • Aux Type: Minus
  • Max Power Amp: 50mA
  • Output Terminal: 3.5 Mini Plug x 4
  • Length on The Antenna Cable: 16.54"
  • Weight: 260g (including Cable)


I got it second hand off a m8 an all he told me was not to mount it behind the bumper because reception was crap. So does anybody know where i can mount it practically, with decent reception (not expecting digital quailty or anything like that)
