Well when I say 40mm I mean I want it about your height... I.e 20mm above what I am ATM - if you look the top of my rims they are level with the rear arch so its prolly a 70-80mm drop with the ICE on mine at the rear! Going to manufacture my own rear spring adjusters much like FK's style...

60 at the front is fine, but don't expect to go over bumps at any speed.

I've not got coilovers on and had it set at about -70mm or more (cheers Dan :lol: ) looked sweet, but the tyres scrubbed on the arches every time you blinked.
Up another inch or so and it's great - handling is spot on and you can just sail over speed bumps!

I have issues with my center silencer catching speed humps but if you take em slow and correct its not that much of a problem... Im prolly raising the rear to 40mm to get more weight over the front wheels to aid traction on launch and will be a smoother ride too...

nice cars u got there guys, how much ground clearance u got down 60? as i got loadsa speed bumps round my area so ground clearence is abit of a prob

ok its a 5door but its lowered approx 60mm with 195/40/16 rubber :thumbs:

Lowered 60mm front coilovers and 60mm Spax rear RSX springs/dampers.
