draw round the back of the standard speakers to get the shape, they use a router or jigsaw and make a hole for teh speakers you have in teh middle.

Should be... just drill countersunk holes in it using the original speakers as a template :thumbs:

ok, but i want the 16cm components, attatch the speaker to the mdf ring, but how would i attatch the mdf ring to the standard speaker holes? would the ring be small enough to connect to the standard 3 holes for the origional speaker?

measure ure speakers, measure the space u need to fit em in, the cut drill and swear at the mdf till it lets you fit the speakers :lol:

can someone post a quick guide on making these as i dont want to pay £15 for an autoleads one when i can do it myself for little money. i want the 16cm components in the front so need to make the suitable adapter for this. anyone got any pointers, or maybe someone could do a tutorial and put it in the tutorial section. cheerz people :thumbs:
