You can get 'Silvertec' bulbs that are silver whn not illuminated, but light up orange so that your clear reps are clear. You can use LED ones that look clear and light up orange too...

They need to light up orange. When not illuminated they can be any colour you like.

Does anyone know off hand whats legal and whats not in reguards to indicators and bulbs?

Cause my side repeaters are both smashed/cracked and its cheaper to buy non-gen clear/coloured ones than to get some orange ones ago (unless i get from scrappers). So whats legal and whats not is my question.

I know clear units are, but do u need orange bulbs in them or are other colours legal?

Are coloured units legal? Like blue or red ones etc? And if you do use coloured units are there any specs for them that need to be stuck to?

Cheers for the help.
