I've got the SBD one. It is the best (much longer primaries than the other) but will only really give it's best with TBs. If you are going to get TBs then go for it but if not the Janspeed or Lexmaul will be fine, much better than the truely awful std one.

supersprint was from carnoisseur craig, not splitting the car unfortunatly mate, if i was then u could have it. dunno who does lexmaul ones now. my supersprint one is sexy, polished stainless all good man, looks chrome!

I wouldn't have thought it would be cheaper, and would still have less longetivity.

Why not by a janspeed one, £170 then get it chromed?? same effect and cheaper, it will yeild better power gains than cams I reckon.

well the engine will have velos, induction kit, full s/s exhaust, unichip so its either cam kit (bit pricey tho) or nice shiney manifold??:)

also, if id only get one as a later mod, as stated above the gains are minimal, so unless u got a new inlet some head work id wait then get it matched to the head and get the car mapped to it

I got a Stainless Steel Lexmaul 4-2-1 manifold, they are very good indeed, build quality is excellant.
I wouldnt pay the £335ish they cost, i picked mine up second hand for less than a mild steel Janspeed

Yeah, and unless your going to keep your car for over 5 years who cares lol

I'd get the Janspeed, as I did!
