what mods do you have to get 128lb/ft? Sounds rubbish to me with standard inlet and exhaust manifolds.

You wont sacrifice torque. The SBD manifold is better, whether your engine requires it I dont know.

The lexmaul one is the same as the cheapo janspeed one just in mild steel.

wanting an exhaust manifold for my c16xe gsi with a powerbox. dont want to lose torque if i get one. im currentl running 128lb ft of torque. does anyone know if ill have to sacrifice torque for bhp. also which exhaust manifold is better. sbd manifold or lexmaul????
