would be best to get a matched set of springs & shocks so the rebound & dampening can be adjusted. if you have just springs, the ride will be choppy on standard suspension as its not really designed to run so low, so will give a shite ride. if the shocks are uprated & adjustable dampening, you can choose how hard or soft eh ride will be & in general they will also handle 100 times better than just springs & standard shocks.

coilovers will also give adjustable hight aswell as dampening, but they will be a harder ride even when set on soft. but handling will be even better than uprated springs & shocks.

are then any advantages to adjustable suspensions over lowering springs other than you can change the ride height i.e... how hard the ride is or handling and grip improvements? wud like to no coz big difference in price
