Cars with boot poppers have springs to keep the boots hook out of the lock. Just stick a spring on somewhere, pop rivet it usings some sheet steel or something...

wind the boot rubbers up a bit, and its possible to fit bigger lifters to from a calibra IIRC

i purchased and installed a boot solenoid kit but unfortunatelly when i press my button to open the boot, someones gotta be behind to lift it up as i press the button or it just locks again. apparently i need some sorta pin/lifter to just lift the boot a little, where can i get one? |
