Use a hammer....... or perhaps some small alan keys in the slots

i wacked some big f'off nails in the holes (once the screws were removed) then pushed the nails down then did what langey did and wacked fingers in tape slot and pulled it out :thumbs:

use the removing tool you can buy from somewhere like halfords, it slots in the four holes and then you can pull it out, or alternatively if you use a bit of welding rod you can get it out the same but its trickier
