Do you get corrosion problems with an intercooler water spray?

it is possible to get 150 bhp from it :D:D

1. get hold of a 1.5 td turbo, inlet manifold, exhaust manifold, fuel pump and turbo hoses.
2. do the boost and fuelling mod
3. fit intercooler
4. fit induction kit close to the turbo, u2u me for a pic of wat i meen
5. full exhaust, striahgt through bout 2 1/4 inch bore
6. bigger injectors
7. head work
8. good idea too use a 1.5 td head gasket too as its thicker.
9. front mounted oil cooler
10. bin the egr system
11. intercooler water spray
12. get a better exhaust manifold made up
13. methanol injection.

probably more than 150 bhp from that lot.
