ah well for 300 u r limited but everyone will say koni yellow dampers with eibach springs are best.

what u shud remember is when having it fitted be sure to have it setup aswell as fitted .e tracking and camber etc etc.... either tht or ya gonna eat tyres... but go for kit defo

get a kit tis well worth it. Wudnt reccomend lowered springs on there own to anyone.

should i just buy springs or a full suspension kit?

i went into motorsport by me and they said I'd be better off with springs? but surely the dampers on my 9 yr old car will be worn?
