std air box it is. Its ideally places for some cold 'ram air' ducting :D

agree with j1400 all these piddley induction kits are not worth it really, crap power gains and have the reputation of a floppy cock

Put a decent replacement air fitler element in the std box, green or K&N etc be the best, reduce and hot air problems

oh rite........wot bout going back to my good old air box Kris? Its a metal cased "bucket".............is this classed as enclosed? And will it hinder me, when compared to a cone?

Its just that the induction kits cost like £90+ for my car.....so sod that. Ideally i need a universal one that will still do a good filtration job without losing me power?

i use open cone, not worth buying one of those things, plus the dirt filtration on the bmc is almost non existant.

Ok lookin to get a new induction for my 306 D Turbo......

I've asked on a few Pug sites but to not much avail....

But whats the best kinda induction to have on a Turbo? I remember Vibs once sayin that enclosed is bad on a Turbo motor........but i've had a few ppl recommend the BMC carbon filter set up thingy........

So wot i wanna know is, do i go for an open cone? Uprated Panel filter or summat else?

Or any other suggestions?
