I stuck my plates on rather than screws. looks smarter imo. :)

The sticky pads work fine as long as u've cleaned the dirt etc off of wherever you're stickin them 2. Washed the car with pressure washer a good few times and made sure a shot behind the plates. Didn't come off with that so i doubt they will at all.

i just stuck em on in the end they seem strong at the mo... ill keep checkin em tho to make sure they still secure

my plates are drilled and as long as ure not a farkin retard they are ok

My back plate is stuck on with sticky pads from halfords... has been for well over a year now, and the front is stuck on with side strip tape... It won't move, not even when you try pulling it off! Don't drill your plates, looks a mess!!!!!

yeh ive seen it wuldnt mind one like that, i tried my own from ripspeed was ok for a bit until i realised how pants it looked.

i dunno what my grille is lol. i bought it 2nd hand off a mate, look at pics in my garage

haha really well when u take the plates off there should be a rectangle hole, with a movable screw hole, i fink my dad drilled into this part so the new screws supplied would fit he only used stickypads to stop them flapping out on the sides.

incufan your cars almost exact same as mine both red breezes, everthing same except i got diff grille.

mine are just stuck on.

dunno what was used but the entire back of the plate it stuck on.

could try using the stuff they use to stick side strips on with :)

ive gotta drill the plates anyways :'(

well, take off the old ones, sumtimes the screws may fit into the holes, but if they dont u may have to drill new holes (hopefully not), but stickypads will eventually come off, specially if a lil pikey comes along and rips them off

u'll still need screws, but if he got them off fancy plates.com they come with caps ive got mine on and they look class

the ones in halfords are secure had my number plate on my nove stuck to boot for ages with em, had trouble gettin it off!

no no mate dont jus use sticky pads jeeze, right wat u need to do is drill two new holes onto the plates from the back, because when u remove the old ones there may not be ne room to screw them onto the bumper. I had to do this the other day, u only use the stickypads to support the plates while ure screwing them in.

you can stick them on with the sticky pads, as long as its secure its ok. halfords sell them to if you run out:thumbs:

sometimes looks better than two rusty screws in your nice pollished bumper:D

i bought some new numberplates the other day im about to go fit them...but do u have to screw them on?

with the plates i was supplied some screws and sticky pad strip things will the sticky pads hold the plates sufficiently on there own or do i need to drill n screw the plates too.??
