	I'd go for both (depends on your credit);) If you are planning to get 1 thing done better do the headlight conversion. If you'll do the bad boy first, then there is a chance the headlights wont fit if you do both but the second another time. My guess, it is cheaper to get it both done in 1 time. needs only 1 time to collor it (less expensive);)
