cheers beardy but could you also tell me exactly what has to be done to the hubs to accomodate the corsa bearings and where abouts can i get this done

Do you really need to? Bearings come from a catalogue & as long as u match the numbers or know the original suppier, couldn't you get them from a bearing supplier cheaper than you could from Vauxhall? :boggle:

your said use the tappers astra shafts to fit corsa hubs
where have u put u can use astra shafts with mach astra hubs :look:

you use :-
2lt 16v Shafts and CV's (about £30 scrappers)
2lt 16v Hubs mach to fit Corsa Barings (CossVaux £80, Scrappers and work dont about £50)

u can use astra GTE driveshafts with machined corsa hubs. cossvaux sell the hubs - about 80 notes. shafts are about 30 notes a pair

whats has to be done to use these in a conversion so that bearings dont get eaten all the time.
