No as this would draw too much power on the remote lead and would damage the headunit.
Computer fans will either have a 4 pin connector (Which it only uses two of those wires) or a 3 pin connector which goes to motherboards.
On the 3 pin versions there are 3 wires, but the 3rd wire is for the RPM sensor.
Only way to run them is to connect the remote lead to the switch wire on the relay, so when the amp is on it switches on the relay giving power to the fans.

Could you not just plug the yellow wire into the remote connector on the amp the red wire to the power and the black wire to the earth, so that it comes on when the amp does.:boggle:

Usually off a relay triggered via the remote lead.
