yeah, ring the supplier or manufacture as you should know the makers surgested enclosure size. the all i`d say is if you are using the sub with the magnet sticking out then line the box with some wadding because when i have used a sub like this in a install i have found them harsher without the wadding. | |

what sub is it? I'd suggest phoning the manufacturer or UK distributor of the brand of sub. | |

Sub doesnt have to be free air to be mounted arse out. It's still working with an enclosure, just back to front. Remember when mounting a sub with the magnet out, the box doesnt have to be as big, cos the displacement volume of the basket/magnet etc. isnt inside the box. | |

if you want it magnet out, the you need a free air sub, otherwise it dont work :( | |
