Ha Ha, no way is a 1.2 SXI quicker than a 1.4 SRI 8v, only have to look at the brochures for figures!:lol:

yeh i kick my mates arses in their 1.1's and ive got 17's on it, but then again i go past my mates polos as well maybe cos im just good :S

blackula, i beat my mate in his 1.1 saxo everytime and i only have a 1.0 corsa.

The 106 1.1 is 'fast' for want of a better word for a 1.1 , it would beat a 1.4 60 bhp corsa or a corsa b 1.2 16v.

They weigh next to nothing and if you crash in one, you don't fair as well as if you were in a Corsa.

Which is a shame really cos lots of people who have not got a clue scream around in 1.1 Peugeots. (and saxos)

if its a 5 door GLS it will have the mpi engine but it depends on what year too.

i would personally put my money on the 1.2 as the x12xe engine is a strong one

depends on which 1.4 8v corsa! if its the sri 8v lump (mpi) then its 82 bhp, any other 1.4 8v lump is not as good!

but if its not the sri 8v 1.4 then the sxi 1.2 16v is the quickest!

tbh theres not much difference in the 1.2 16v and 1.4 sri 8v

id rather have the sxi!
