on my clifford you have to turn the alram off the disconect the battery, then lock buy key orthewise the alarm detects the voltage drop and goes off. | |

yea tilt is about 120 i think...but in theroy u shouldnt need the tilt sensor, coz the proximity sensor should set the alarm off! (so i assume/hope!!!) | |

it cost me an extra 50 quid, yes get it, at the end of day it cant make it less ecure, im just pointing out its problems so you dont expect too much, i just like it for the piece of mind. | |

so u assumed it was the rain! fair enough, but u never know, it may have been a cat setting it off etc (if it hid under the car :lol: ) | |

its not sensors, you get a box which detects via microwaves. certain parts of the car set it off more, like the windscreen. some twats stole my dust caps and it didnt go off, but i woke up one morning with the alarm going off when there was heavy rain. | |

Why do you need to turn it off?? Its gonna cost about £90 as an extra, so you would wanna use it as much as possible ;) | |

i have the proximity sensor on my toad, its really crap, you can stand next to the car and it wont go off but the fucking rain sets it off, its wierd. also its so fucking quiet people cant here it, if you want proixity sensors get a clifford cos there one is a million times better. | |

I had an AI606 on my last car and i got all the add-ons and think for what they cost they're well worth it!! Agree with kerry :thumbs: | |

i am seriously considering a proximity sensor as now im parkin my car on the street it keeps gettin the odd thing done like tyres let down so that would be the main reason id get it | |
