When I got my private plate made up I didn't want to push my luck toooo much, so stuck with the standard font and a small black border. It's just the spacing and screw hole which make it dodgy

I just got a warning when I was pulled. If the font is a decent size, you should be ok.

you'll get a 2 week producer thingy, to have new plates made up, if you do get pulled.
i got done a few weeks ago. the pig said i'd deliberately played with the letters to make em closer together, but thats just the font and the way they were made.
'kin c**t. and you cant exactly argue.
there was nowt wrong with my plate.
f**kers have nothin better to do

you dont have to have the euro flag, but it is more expensive

get good quality pads, otherwise end up like mine in the sun melting off - now that was a pain in the arse

Use large sticky pads for your plates and try http://www.fancyplates.com

Your current one is most likely illegal. You will get pulled over and a warning if cops see it, doubt whether they'd fine u for it..

Hopefully santa will be bringing me a private number plate. Im thinking about gettin it made up on a plain plate with no background & no euro badge. I just want it to have a black border line around the edge.
At the moment i have a plate with a vaux badge at the left side in red, vaux badge ghosting background, 3d normal font.
Ive been told that the plate i have now is illegal. Is this true?
If so will i get a fine & points for it?
Have i got to have the euro logo on my new plate?
Also i don't want to fix my new plate on with screws, whats best to use?
Cheers Ness :)
