just keep repositioning it with the bracket untill you get decewnt clearance all round, its definately possible to stop it rattling on a 1.2 16v coz i've done it :) | |

I stuck some felt on the little bolt on the inner wing, used to rattle when i started it up but that stopped it. | |

oh rite,i ll try that trotty,u no that rubber thing that goes round the bfo n the air flow rev metter to seal it,mines split,can i geta new one? | |

Mine used to rattle on the inner wing, just on a little bolt - I managed to find a small rubber grommit to find round the bolt, and the BFO just hits that now, which makes no noise :) | |

Cant stop my bfo from rattling,shall i jus drill my air filter n get a panel,will it be as loud? |
