its depends if the standard corsa head unit has a cd button? the sound on top adaptor is so that you can use the cd changer with standard head units but they must have a cd/cd load button

The sony on top adaptor doesnt have CD changer control ability i dont think...

theres no input for a changer so no its not possible Im afraid

Does anyone know if the above is possible?? I have askeda couple of places and they said it isnt.

If anyone can help clear this up. The main eason why i want to leave the standard double din unit in is due to thieving pikeys, They seem to leave these alone, but i know as soon as i change it to single nice unit that m car will get broken into striaght away.
