If you are feeling it bottoming out with a thud either your bumpstops have had it OR they are too soft. 40mm shouldnt be riding the bumpstops that often/easily, unless GMAX springs are real soft :boggle:

There is nothing in the boot.Sometimes it feels like i'm hitting the bump stops when i'm driving over a speed bump at 5 miles an hour.I can't really explain it though.

I have a 1995 corsa 1.2 3dr and it has 40mm G-max lowering springs and G-max shocks only in the back.Should i have cut the bump stops because it bottoms out a lot and it is if the shocks are'nt serving any purpose.Could someone give me advice on this.cheers.
