If there not, what shocks should i get? Want something good quality, not too hard and under £200

the ride on fk shocks r ok, its just that the rear rattle and knock so bad.

I phoned pvd, and they r sending me 2 new shocks under the guarantee, so lets hope these are better!

also need to know what dampers people recommend. Im on 60mm drop on standard dampers so i need uprated ones. To be honest though the ride is quiet good really just rattles and knocks a bit over hrash bumps

i wana change back to standard from my fk shocks theyre shit!

Right, id quite like to keep my fk -40 springs, but i want different dampers.

I want to improve the handling, but dont want it too harsh and bumpy, what do u recomend??

GMAX -40mm full kit no creaks or knocks jus a bit bumpy, but to be expected, the car handles much better now.

have fk at the mo, there shit, good ride etc, but the rears bang and knock, thats why im changing. And the front (thats supposedly -40 is like 60 odd, so im using my old p1 springs on the front
