Remove internals, drill a hole of 50 mm in the bottom of the box and put a pipe on it, that's what Courtenay does for 70 quid!
I also have fitted a bigger pipe to the original air feed (80mm):lol:

more than likely they just drill it & then charge about £70 for the privilage of the name!

Your best unclipping the baffle (looking at car, bottom left of filter box), and fitting a performance panel filter or something!

Any details on how courtenay mod the airbox? Its probably something simple you can do yourself.

top gear in burnley will sell you a universal stainless filter for 35 quid plus vat i have a picture in my garage of one and have one on both my vectra and corsa.

what about these and a courtney panel filter for performance gains, compared to a pipercross or BFO cone.
