i know a fair few gte's that are quick and would beat a 1.6 corsa, but then with the added weight of the corsa whether or not it would be entirely worth it or not, i know to a 1.6 gte turbo engined corsa about a mile from me, thats ok, do it anyway if its free, better then your 1.2 16v probably;)

See the amount of people that say 'not worth it'.. I mean how do they know how much its costing? Each to there own.

yeh but they cost money, whereas gte engine is free. and can probably get it fitted for a crate of beer as well

not worth it. Just source a Corsa 1.6 lump. Preferably the C16XE, its the better engine.

as above...how easy wud it be to transpant a nova gte engine into a corsa b? wud it be worth it, as i can get the enginge 4 nothin, n its gotta be better than 1.2 16v hamster power?
