Was just wondering!! Cause you need to earn lots to get a mortage by yourself with out someone backing you up if you cant pay for it!

I know I wouldn't be on my own though between me and my girlfriend we would be fine, I would never have a £300,000 house there would be too much space un-used, I was just saying that if my mum can afford to do it then I could too.

The price range I would be looking into would be around £150,000 something alot more realistic for a first house
