i dont see that car stayin in perfecot condition more than 8-12months max once its sprayed.

Altho even light skims were used, it will still sink, it will start to crack in places etc

depends how much car is used, but spendin that sorta ££ on a corsa, u wanna b able to use it alot.

i know loads of filler in it but there is a lot of fibre glass underneith that for the main build up and strength, its gonna get used but only for showing and on a night.

lead filling rules, not as difficult as people think, my badboy bonnet was leadfilled by local place, only charged £70 to do the bonnet extensions and fill it, the was just a case of a coat of 2K filler primer to get it right

i recon the car looks ace, ive been thinking of getting that kit, was wondering how you go on with the wheels ?

what ET do you have to have to make it look right, or do you put spacers on ? or both

Yeah go for it, sweet kit.

with the wheels i have an et of 18 so they stick out loads without using spacers, best way IMO!

perfect fit with wheels.

you can also buy some kind of putty that u spread on each side of ur weld to stop the panel warping. never seen/used it but m8 has and says its an excellent job and can be reused. the filler shouldnt sink as long as its gd quality and theres not to much of it and from pics looks like plastic padding around lights anyway. Havent done any lead loading yet but will be learning it soon. Ive heard tho that it can warp ur panels alot as well coz the lead has to be heated to a certain temp to get it to be spreadable

the amount of material is doing the shrink ,so if you grind down after a weld (fast as possible) you can weld across anything , i guess you don`t belive me but this is true
i always use lead filling on places this is needed ,
but there is a problem not many know about lead filling , i can tell
under leadfillings it can`t be any holes uncomplete welds or any small craks ,this is because when you do the lead filling you relase acid and this will start rust at once ,
anyone here who have tried leadfilling can confirm this , already the day after you can see rust around the place you have fillled , so if its holes in the welding you got a problem started,
