Good fuels have additives in them.

I've heard that supermarket fuels don't have any.

This might just be a rumour put about by other petrol stations.... who knows.

ive heard that asda do good petrol ie. has additvies

all of those brands are bad for your engine! have a high level of contaminents in them. my dad works for JET and he reckons all those places bring their fuel in by sea, hence the contaminents; where as the more retribual places i.e Jet, Esso,Shell ect bring theres in by train.
i suppose thats why supermarket fuel is less expensive.

but i suppose if you aint getting any bother, why fix it if its already right?
