I'm only planning to have the car a couple of years at the most, then move onto better things.

I don't want to be spending like £600 on it!

why spend anything? save your money 13/14 inch alloys look a bit shit to be honest. not having a go just saying

Because steel ones with wheel trims are even shitter! Plus there should be *some* improvements on handling with alloys.
