According to the web site it's sign posted from jtn. 15. When i looked on the map yesterday, you get off at jtn 15, head towards northampton and billing is a village just on the outskirts so should be well sign posted. When i stayed there last i didn't have a clue where it was but found it easily enough. Will try to get better directions tomorrow

Trotty

*You will need a full current driving licence.
*You will need to show your driving licence at a briefing session - bring it with you.
*Your car must have a current MoT and be road legal.
*You will need a helmet - bring your own.
*You will need to cover your arms and legs.
*You will need to tape up your headlights.
*You will need to keep your side windows up.
*If you spin or drive dangerously, you will be removed from the circuit and refused any further track time.

1. All drivers must attend a track time briefing prior to their session(s).
No briefing - No wristband track pass - No track session!

2. Drivers with multiple sessions booked need only attend one briefing for their allocated sessions.

3. All drivers must sign the customary indemnity.

4. Helmets are mandatory for all drivers. You will need to organise your own. Helmet straps are to be securely done up.

5. All drivers must hold a current full driving licence and must show that licence at the briefing.

6. All drivers must have arms and legs covered ie no shorts or short sleeved T-Shirts.

7. No passengers or loose items are allowed in your car.

1. Tyre pressure may be increased by 12 psi per tyre if you wish (there is no facility to do this within Silverstone).

2. Do NOT overfill petrol tanks.

3. Seatbelts must be worn.

4. Your car needs to be suitable for driving on the road (ie ROAD LEGAL).

5. No slick tyres allowed.

6. No in-car video cameras allowed, however fixed or held.

7. Oil, water and fuel levels should be checked prior to each session.

8. Headlights must be covered with tape (gaffer, duct tape etc).

9. The maximum noise your vehicle is allowed to make is 98 dB at 45 deg, half a metre from your exhaust outlet. (Most road cars will easily pass this.)

10. For your own interest you should ensure that your car is adequately protected by insurance. A normal private car motor insurance policy usually excludes circuit driving. However, you can organise special track time insurance with Competition Car Insurance.

Your track session may be cut short if the Silverstone marshals deem someone is driving unsafely or if someone has an accident, or if the track is deemed unsafe. Safe driving is in the interest of everybody. No refunds will be given.

Ok then, not long at all now folks

All tickets and show passes were posted yesterday evening so I'd imagine they'd be with you for the morning

I know the tickets say gates open at 7am, but apparently you can get on site at 6am - whether anyone will however is debateable Either way, I'd ideally like everyone on the stand by 8:30am just so we can all be sorted out by the time the show opens at 9am.

Now, for those people camping at Billing, here's a lil map for you...

Or click here for a larger version

In case you don't already know, it's £14 to camp for the evening.

Anyhoo, all that aside, lets hope the weather's good and see y'all Sunday
