Not sure if i mentioned but my window reg on drivers window didnt work... and my pass front door interior light

Culprit for the light - door open sensor

New one

Bought window reg too

Thought i best get it done because window kept dropping

Stripped door

Fucked as suspected

This came, (needs a wash before fitting) it was in a nice thick plastic wrapping

Used as a temp door liner as other is fucked

Steve williams had been at the car

Removed in what seemed to be single fibre squares at a time

Better

Fitted up

Black taped the kner pad - its fucked but has holes in door pad

Need new one of either - the pads are like £200 though 😭

Fitted rear coilies, going to let them settle before i wind them down, props will wind front up a bit tbh

De badged too

Made use of the letters

Bolted up the on side skirt held by cable ties - no pics

Going to have wheels done same as car, need to source a full set of brembos cheap too. Car has a few parking dings im goint to have removed

Its very solid underneat but covered in surface rust, in feb when kadett is painted im going to buzz this all off and underseal

Its also leaking in the boot which i need to fix

Starting to rust, probs my next thing to sort but the cover will make it less urgent...

Its all solid, most of this wiped off

Also wtf is that thing?

It has a spark plug in exhaust not plummed to anything? To do with this?

He's probably going to cut it up and then tell us it was rusty and too far gone.

It is to use and i have been.... but it will be used on dry weekends.... salts out soon so its best off kept nice

Lets not forget i have a company car and an evoque to use too.

Theres no harm in protecting a classic car thats prone to rusting... its not even undersealed ffs... ill do it after winter
