Not my cup of tea (simply too big lol, I like go kart cars) but I can appreciate their awesomeness!

The silly grill needs sorting though, cheapens it imo.

Had the abarth 500 before hand and I can chuck this if not better than the abarth and have more fun! It's a great piece of machinery. £100 worth of oil to be put in this week though

in what way - engine is a master piece - interior has dated well, and the latest 5 series has not really dated the E60 that much

There's PLENTY of classic quotes from pug over the years but that's got to be up there. Even if they are showing their age (which I don't agree with at all), it's just such a random pointless thing to say.

Maybe you should of bought a focus, Astra and puma instead and stored them in a lock up for the Summer of 2017.

I do think you can tell its an older one, the F series cars all have a softer look and the original flame surface designs are slightly dated. Same when you see and original E87 1 Series, they're a whole different thing to the later stuff.

Whether that makes it a performance bargain - probably.

50k so its not really in to problem zone just yet so we're not talking a bad buy.

So he's not wrong. Whether I'd say that in a thread when someone's just bought one however...

I don't see anything wrong with what he said, harmless opinion/comment I thought.

I was looking at the F10's but i think its a grower on the shape, its a bit to soft for my liking the E60/E61 still looks great imo

They're also strong money, was going to post to say I'd rather have a 6 series 4 door as I think they're a nice looking thing but they're not the bargain the older 5 series is.

Couldn't agree more. My Megane was a bit more agile but even at 16XXkg my M3 is a completely different animal. In standard form with only updated lines and fluid it was 3 seconds quicker at Cadwell which being a technical circuit would have suite a 285bhp stripped and track prepped Megane.

I only said the car shows it's 10 years old. Who gives a shit if it's 10 years old or 10 days old.

As for what i drive, I bought with practicality in mind, not because i'm worried about what people will think.
