I disagree with you Davey, you are being an arse, i agree they are a bit daft but if my doors were dent free i'd be pretty pissed if it kept getting dented at work.

Maybe people will spot them and wonder why they are there and then ponder about themselves banging their doors into peoples property (unless they do it on purpose)

Generation I feel sorry for you reading this thread, its not a nice situation to be put in.... and in my opinion having them cushions on your car kinda validates someones bad behavior when moving cars.

Hope the door protectors do their job. My car was hit in work carpark once too - no real damage, but annoying thinking that people don't care.

Both my front wings have been dented by what appears to be doors

no chance I'd put those monstrosities on the sides though.

What if they damage an area which isn't protected by those cushions? You'll.end up with them all over the Bodywork and bumpers.

I spend a lot of time parking the car where I think it won't get damaged by door dents.

Unfortunately it doesn't take much looking around a car park to find someone that is willing to swing open or leave the door leaning on the car next door whilst they get out...

Its easier to give up caring..

Nobody buys a car anymore, they are all leasing them and giving them back so they don't give a crap about the condition and are quite happy to open their doors into other cars.
