Although depends what you class as decent. Lots of people bought gsi's for under 1k, now they're worth 50k

I gave £1800 for mine in 2004.

£250 for one a few years back, fixed it but didn't MOT, new owner MOT'd, failed and stripped the same day

Fixed the Bastid.. The ISM is what shifts the box between Park and drive.. It got its knickers in a twist, I run the recalibration in STAR and it's been behaving ever since.

The 'catastrophically' in catastrophically failed isn't a noun, it's an adverb, and also the phrase itself has a specific meaning relating to
quote:
'a sudden and total failure from which recovery is impossible.'
