I have no idea if Avery is guilty or not.

But, if you cannot prove beyond reasonable doubt, you cant find someone guilty.
you cannot say you dont have doubt if he did it or not...

It was on BBC news, didn't Brendan's evidence go against the other guy? Does that mean he's up for a review or something?

The prosecution in Steve Avery's trial chose not to use Brendan as a witness against him iirc. From what ive read SA has a new lawyer now and his case might be up for review aswell.
