I haven't ridden them, but I washed them. If I buy a bmx and a dh bike I'd have a good fleet going.

What are you lot doing to keep your feet warm? Yesterday three of us were in bits our feet being so cold. I have 5 10's and thick sealskin socks. But fuck me I suffered! Any tips?

I actually find the waterproof socks worse than 2 pairs of slightly thicker socks. My feet get cold, but not as bad.

One pair of thin socks with seal skins over the top works a treat. Sorry about the ss comment lol why don't you say to canyon yours has failed and get a spare for free just incase

Went for a cycle, got muddy, completely lost all confidence in riding down anything that looks dubious. Load of shit. No where near fit enough. Made a video will edit it later after I have warmed up again.

I feel your pain brother. I'm in utter disbelief at how shit I am at the moment. Totally lost what little fitness I had last year.

An example, I was 4.5 minutes slower up the first blue climb at Ae last week fresh out the carpark compared to last July when I did straight after completing the full red! Wtf?

Hurts a lot today. Considering I did the pike then the bash in one ride about 4 months ago, makes no sense. Balance and everything is in pieces pmsl couldn't control the bike on some of the sketchy off trail sections I tried yesterday.

Best get practising. Off for a ride round the lanes here for a bit get some fitness back.

Went for a road ride on the cube item. 26 miles of pain and torture and my little toes had frostbite. I used to do mtb rides in the lakes longer than this, ffs.
