Personally not touching a Bethesda game within the first few months of release, until they get the bugs ironed out.
Definitely getting it at some point, though. Bound to be pretty epic.

I really enjoyed fallout 3, and for those who have not played it its deffo worth picking up.

Reviews are saying it's a fantastic game with glaring technical issues.
No surprises there.
Will get this in the new year, when the first few patches have been released.

Yeh im gonna pick it up when its been fixed a bit, can't believe Bethesda wont just scrap the old engine that has had bugs for years.

Yes, I find it odd they didn't realise earlier on that the engine wasn't fit to run on modern hardware.
Obviously developing a new engine would have been costly, but surely there's something ready made out there that they could have used. And it's not like they set a release date years in advance. The game wasn't even announced until this year.
Gameplay does look spectacular though and I'm rushing Witcher a bit to get it done and move on to this.

Not much to go on but currently it's getting 87% on PS4 and 88% on Xbox One lol (Metacritic)
However it was 90% on release day, so new reviews coming in all the time...

I gave in and bought it, and to be honest im around 6 hours in and its been brilliant, graphically not the best game ever but the world and exploring is amazing it really immerses you, the combat is good and solid, the frame rate drops i read about are hardly noticeable really (im on xbox one). The only annoying thing which is a good thing overall is its so easy to get distracted, as i said im literally over 6 hours in and only just done the first proper mission.

Ordered a PS4, should get it tomorrow. Fallout 4 and driveclub, not too fussed about driveclub but it was that or call of duty (which imo means needing a poo)

i read the reviews for the PC version and decided that i wont be giving them my money just yet, i downloaded it instead but it just crashes to desktop every 5 mins..
mouse acceleration is horrendous and you cant change the FOV unless you fuck about in ini files
.. obviously its a direct port, what game isn't these days... but its a pretty bad one atm. so, i shall wait until next year and maybe pick it up then.

It's okay. Once you get it running you'll only complain about how old games were better and some obscure early acces game has more promise.

i thought i got it running.. played for about an hour o so, went from sanctuary and all the way back with no problem, 10 mins back into sanctuary it failed again. lol
playing on survival atm, very tough... that crab thing in the sewers... took me 15 mins to kill the fooker.

I'm excited. Going to be hard to get to sleep tonight. Tidied my room ready to accept the ps4. Might give it 52 layers of wax. Asked GAME if i could have 20mins alone with the console before i choose to accept it but that was a no go, so being delivered to work tomorrow.

Just set the ps4 up and had to Google how to open the cd tray. Kept pressing the button and just got 3 beeps. 
Sussed it now.
