Did a bit work on my dads opel get yest - shorts weather i might add


Then some better pics of how cage sits - its not wonky its perspective



Also started cutting/grinding the brackets on axle



Will try and finish the grinding and get drumsoff tomorrow night if poss

you will be sleeving any extensions you weld onto the cage to meet the mounting points i assume?

So i have a bit of mojo back - bodge for the quarter is getting finished today - decided to clean up the window surrounds with this in mind - rear three are fine

Front however









Very frustrating when you think the bodywork is all complete then find a previous bodge

Meh a mate has a spare scuttle so will use that to repair it

Bit more work on cage





All bolts in now and is all welded

Needs a bit dressing and priming - same as inside of car

Progress is slow at the min but meh

Hoping to have the other bits done ready to prime up for bank hol weekend

Bit more done - really struggled for time lately - cage 99% done and in

Smoothed and primed the inside

Jamie brought me my ladder bar set up too

Cant thank him enough his work is fantastic and it was well beyong my knowledge and skill set



Next up im going to finish that bastard fuel cap lol
