The mound is getting removed to make way for a 15m x 12m garden which I think is not too bad. Looking forward to getting some more pictures in the next month or so once the roof is on.

Ah got ya, luckily we own 2 large vehicles I suppose. Was looking at a 65" Sony TV today I don't imagine that would fit in an average car.

Luckily the house comes with all its appliances built in and fitted in the kitchen.

Have they shown you the driveway design? E.g. Tarmac, block paving, patterned concrete?

Block paving, it's a2 car driveway side by side which is good and easy so we don't have to shift vehicles around.

Spent the morning choosing the tiles and the flooring for the bathrooms and kitchen. Sorted out the upgrades required such as the dishwasher and a double oven. Went for 3 different colour schemes for the 3 bathrooms and also upgraded to a fitted frost free fridge freezer. House has a tiny bit more built on it, still aiming to be ready just into the new year.

Exciting tbh.

Whats the deal with 3 different colour schemes? I'd have kept all bathrooms the same decor, but then Northerners are weird, so fair enough.

That's the colours for the en suite bathroom. Border obviously goes between the 2 tiles, dark tile on bottom and lighter one above.

That's colours for the main bathroom. Downstairs bathroom is just plain white tiles with a coloured border.

They have built a little bit more of the roof. Next time I see it, it will be virtually built, but that's going to be in a few months time.

I'd like to see a pic further out to see it in context of what is around?

At the moment it looks like horrendous urban sprawl.
