tbf to this Ukip guy, he was just the last guy to chuck shit through my letterbox. I would've been just as angry had it been any of the others.

Weirdly, i've not had a single lib dem, green, all the other hippy shit parties leaflets through.

I'm guessing they know they'll never get a thurrock seat so don't bother canvassing here?

We've just spent 5 years with a hung-parliament in coalition and times are great!

Has everyone already forgotten how shit things were 5 years ago?

Two party coalition isn't a bad thing but one with 5 or 6 parties all trying to be a chief with not enough Indians would be a disaster- I think a Conservative lead lib dem coalition is perfect and just what we need.

We've delivered 2 lots of Labour, 2 lots of Tories, a UKIP flyer, 3 lots of Lib Dem propaganda to the people of Mickleove, Derby. Then at my own house I've had a Labour and Lib Dem flyer through too. Had one of the Labour lackeys round a few times over the last few months too, had a chat with him and he was pretty good.

But actual labour candidate looks like serial killer, and apparently he's a dick, so Lib Dem are getting my local vote.

Only Labour or Lib Dem can win in Derby, so makes sense really.

The Sun literally paying readers to say good things about the Tories.

Also Studebaker article about Tory austerity policy:

The Studebaker article is surprisingly insightful actually - I've spent the last two hours trying to debunk it, checking sources etc., but have mostly found things supporting what he's claiming.

The 'Labour fucked things up last time they were in' narrative peddled by the Conservatives doesn't really hold water. But if you repeat something enough times then people start believing it, I suppose.

They did fuck things up though, many people were saying this before conservatives even got into power.

That article only covers a few issues to.

Daily Mail has a cracker today...

"How YOU can vote tactically tomorrow to keep out Red Ed: The constituency by constituency guide to the 50 battleground seats where smart votes will stop Labour (and the SNP) taking No10"

Who do they support?

I am sure that if someone wanted to go to the effort to make a conservative version of the Studebaker they could highlighting many stats about what was bad and now is good using the right numbers. Stats can be picked and presented to look good.

To me I take a lot more from an article that is not one sided. Then its showing a balanced point of view and will highlight both he good and bad of both instead of highlighting all for one side....unfortunately these are few and far between

That's a cop-out argument Rob. You can use that against anything you disagree with. It's hard to argue with the IMF on economic issues though.

You're right, i do disagree. I disagree with your 'drive-by' copypasta'ing of biased drivel with little attempt in actually engaging into an intelligent discussion. It's exactly the type of shite that should be kept to BookFace, not forums like CS.

Oh and have some more smilies......
