So seeing as issues still not turned up, decided to crack with some more of the weathering to the bits I already

Nuln oil applied in all the crevices

Then dry brushed with the main colour paint mix I had, then applied some powdered art pastels, how they stand at the moment

Looks over done, more like it's been dug up out of a field than been to space, need to calm down with this weathering lark.

Not sure but the Millenium Falcon is, its an old old ship, that has been passed between many hands, and been modified by many different people.

The dirt will be where it has sat on, and visited all the planets in its history.

I havent just made that up btw the master replica falcon is also very dirty and rusting

Are you aware that Star Wars is fiction and that there has never been a 'millennium falcon' that has visited various planets. Santa isn't real too btw incase you was unclear

Looking good Steve, can't wait to see it finished.

as for the people hating, i have some wise words from the renowned theologist Mr Kanye West

"50 told me go 'head switch the style up
And if they hate then let 'em hate
And watch the money pile up, the good life"

Started on the interior fold floor, using the brass etched decking I recently purchased.

Masked up the area to be decked

Primed

Then I painted it black, but for some reason didnt get a pic of that.

Did purchased the Shapeways container grills however felt they were a bit chunky/clunky especially sat next to the brass etched stuff, so I made my own out of spare decking I had, I will finish these off with edging tomorrow when everything is dry.

Gave it a bit of a wash with black to "wear it"

Placed some of the other bits in there, obiously need to paint these yet

Will look better when i finish those center tiles off

Having never watched star wars. Do they have some sort of anti non gravity inside the space ship?

Am sure I've seen clips and they aren't all floating around.

made up the seat cushions, had to wire wool them as the weathering was way over the top, looked like someone had spilled oil all over them

Need to get some modelling putty to smooth the holes in the backs
