Same, although i'm on 3.99% atm due to coming off my fixed period of 6.05% last year.

Mortgage went down by £230 Absolutely mental!

o yea my mortgage is cheap to! Can't last for last forever though.

Plus when I bought a few years ago in the 'recession' I got mine for 15% under the asking price. My sister has just bought in a similar area and had to pay 5% above asking price, fuck that
