Broken my headlight adjuster again Fucking things a nightmare. The screw holding the plastic adjuster inside the housing must have come loose again. Thread on it is buggered.

I wanted a dash cam for the Camper, didn't really want to spend the 100 odd quid I had on the ones we're using in our everyday cars so I took a punt on this:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/221533976637?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

It was £17 and the eBay store had sold over 3,000 of them so it couldn't be bad right?

WRONG its dog shit..

It came quick though.

I'm going to sound a right tool here but why do you feel the need to have dash cams?

It smooths out insurance claims.. Most people will lie/bullshit after a crash and if its 100% not you fault and there are no witnesses its your word against theirs, so the video evidence helps prove who is at fault.

See baselinecorsa's post above, I'm going to go out on a limb and assume he ran into the back of someone and it was his fault he could cause grief by accusing the person he hit of deliberately slamming on their brakes etc. dash cam footage would show this wasn't the case.

This ^

it was typical crash for cash situation, guy infront slams on brakes, then the 4x4 I hit comes to a complete stop as I join the motorway behind him ....

I could try to fight this, but would not get anywhere so just took the blame and move on

I didn't, barely watch it anymore. Dad watches it a lot at weekends, caught a glimpse of them advertising the corrado. Lot interest in it, when started doing super cars and American cars. I like the everyday UK cars being fixed up.
