With Bedfordshire it took me 4/5 weeks. Now with Northamptonshire I'm hoping quicker.

I'm shit. I blame my cheap arse gun. Want to get a new one soon.

Been really looking into these revo ones. Under £500 for a new gun and get really good reviews.

Never keep track to be honest. I'll do 90/100 on the easy stuff but 10/100 on the tough Stuff. I dont get chance to go enough to get any better though. Roll on summer.

It's 2 hours (80 miles) each way for me to Doveridge.

Give me a month or two to get myself a gun and a few more lessons then will be more than happy to meet up :-D

Anyone considered getting an FAC and going abroad to do some pistol shooting?

A friend does this. When they where made illegal he shipped his guns out to Belgium and now pops across once a month to attend his "local" firing range. Good day out by the sounds of it, if a little expensive.

That's quite a commute to use the guns!! I like pistol shooting but couldn't bare leaving the country just to shoot them, thanks to the UK Gov!

Any feedback on the Jack Pyke cartridge bag and gun slips? Seems cheap but still decent enough.

It's sound stuff. I'd get a cart bag with me pockets, I keep my cert, ear plugs chokes and glasses in mine, saves me having loads of shit to carry

http://www.philipmorrisdirect.co.uk/musto-clay-shooting-gunslip/product/

Do I get the matching gunslip to go with the vest and cartridge bag?! Or is there a better slip for the money?
I don't want a £200 full leather slip for now. Mainly as I can't afford it!

I bought a cheapo from my local gun shop with their logo on. Fleece lined and does the job at £20.
