Nice to see that you're 'not bothered' by this Alan

Though it depends on your definition of "cold" tbh

I find that most UK steak places are one tier of temperature higher than they are in pretty much any other part of the world.

If it's tasty, I'd eat that shit all day long tbh.

Don't be too hasty to judge. It could be fucking delicious!

Weird. Strikes me as quite heathen and pretty disgusting.

Why would anyone not want their food cooked? It's bizarre.

45-50c (internal) for blue; wouldn't say that was particularly cold.

As always, those making the biggest noise are the ones that are bothered by it all.

Give it a rest Dom, I'm not going to rise to you making a joke about a time you were wrong weeks ago. You're like a dog with a bone there.

If by 'You' you meant a handful of CS members and 'wrong' being right on your ol' 'give a fuck' switcharoo, then you'd be correct Alan

Think we've derailed this enough though

I've nothing against blue steak but you really need to trust the restaurant and their suppliers. Not many restaurants in the UK will do a true "blue" steak, if any tbh. Too much at risk.

You have to go to a decent steakhouse to get a blue steak; as you say, majority of places (due to H&S) won't offer blue rather they'll serve you a rare steak.
