Thats not as deep as it looks either due to the bow wave, its probs only halfway up the wheels, iv alredy been in stuff that deep

So before I wrap I need to sort out any rust on door frames. I have a new rear door as per earlier in the thread. The passenger door needs a slight repair, and the drivers is good so set about treating it before it does rust.

First off, Strip it down and apply rust treatment paint



Removed the old lower weather seal, new ones ordered.



Coat of black paint



I'd also ordered some 51mm silicon hose, to replace the pretty rubbish oem rubber ones, that were showing signs of splitting. They just need cutting down to size..

Didn't get too much done this weekend due to other commitments, I managed to fit the final silicon hose, and the new lower door seals turned up



riveted that on



Door card back on



Also my 500cc oil syringe turned up for when I change the axle oils

I can understand it's easy to act the hard man over the Internet, however I'd like to see how you act if you had a bonnet strike pin sink into your hand

I'm glad it doesn't look much now means it's healing nicely
