I was completely unaware of nipple chaffing until my mate posted a pic on Facebook which looked as if someone had stabbed him twice in the chest. I thought something was wrong with him

I get nothing. Whether thats due to my nipples or the lightweight top thing I don't know.

My mate Dan suffers massively though. Weird.

I get nothing either, never have.

When we finished the Reading half last year my cousin had blood running down his chest and stomach from his nips.

Only plaster I've ever found to stick through sweating is the industrial stuff on the roll called Leuktoplast. As long as you take it off whilst in the shower it shouldn't pull your nipple off too much lol

So the solutions seem to be waterproof plasters (hairy chest so OUCH much), surgical tape (little betetr) or this:

Which i shall try and get tonight

cant fault this stuff, small enough pieces to cover nips but not too much hair.

A 10 mile bike ride (with a pub lunch) and 5km. Got a speed session tonight consisting of a warm up then 6 x 400m at 1 mile pace with 400m recovery jogs in between.

Slightly cooler tonight so I upped the pace. Still a bit off where I was but definitely going in the right direction.

5.00km in 21:23 @ 4:17 min/km pace

km splits:
1 - 4: 07
2 - 4:14
3 - 4:20
4 - 4:21
5 - 4:21
