yeah I get 80-90 miles to a tenner on my Zetec-S around town driving...so 50 miles to fiver sounds good!

erm its the way u drive it...dont rag the nuts and it will last...some weeks I can get well over 100 miles on a tenner..thats lasts me nearly a week.

In Oxford petrol is generally about 78.9, when I went to Cheltenham recently (about 40 miles away from Oxford), petrol there was like 74.9. Weird shit innit!

I suppose it boils down to supply and demand. The more people buy petrol, the higher the price, the less people buy petrol, the cheaper the price, and so forth.

I got a 2.0 and on a run it'll do 80 miles on a tenner.
